Guest Identity & Profile
- We accept any one of the four as Identity Proof: Passport, Aadhar, Driving License or Govt. Id.
- Unmarried couples are allowed.
- Groups comprising only male guests are not allowed.
Check-In & Check-Out Timings
- Check-in start time: 2:00 pm.
- Check-in end time: 10:00 pm.
- Check-out time: 11:00 am.
Note: Late checkout may be available on request – but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please allow some time for room inspections before departure. Any items damaged or missing will be charged to your account.
Food & Beverage
- Breakfast: 8 am to 10 am
- Lunch: 12.30 to 3 pm
- Tea & Snacks: 3.30 to 7 pm
- Dinner: 7 to 10.30 pm
- Non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Food Delivery at the resort is available from Zomato and Swiggy.
- Consumption of alcohol is not allowed within the property premises.
- Smoking is allowed within the premises.
Property Accessibility
- We have provided ramps to make our resort accessible for those who use a wheelchair. Guests are requested to carry their own wheelchair.
- Rooms in higher floors of the resort can be accessed only through stairs. There are no lifts.
- Swimming pool is open from 8 am – 8 pm.
- Ayurveda Spa is open from 8 am – 7 pm.
- Direct private access to beach is open from 7 am – 7 pm. Access may be restricted during monsoon season or inclement weather, to comply with the directives of the local authorities/government.
Note: Swimwear is required whilst using swimming pool. Casual clothes, jeans, and non-swimwear materials are not permitted in the pool. All guests are expected to take a shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene, for the benefit of everyone using the pool.
Important Note: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Kids under the age of 3 must wear a swimming nappy.
Speak to the Reception for the following Services:
- Laundry.
- Conference Hall with projector and seating capacity for 100.
- Space for Outdoor Events & Decoration.
- Candle Light Dinner with Cake.
Extra Bed Policy for Child and/or Additional Guest
- An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking.
- INR 1500 (18 USD approx.) will be charged for an extra mattress per child (to be paid at the property).

Outside Visitors’ Norms
- Guests are suggested not to invite outside visitors into their room during their stay.
