Terms for cancellation and refund are shared at the time of booking or confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the payment mode used and may take time depending on banking procedures that are outside our control.

6. Spa & Wellness Services

Spa services are offered based on availability and on prior appointment. While we do encourage walk-ins, we suggest that you make prior appointment for your session. This will help eliminate the possibility of inconvenience that may arise otherwise.

Important Note: Guests are requested to inform us in advance, in case of any:

• Allergies
• Pregnancy, or
• Other health concerns

Skylar Seaview will not responsible for issues arising from health conditions that are not disclosed while booking or before their session at our spa.

As our esteemed guest, we expected you to:

Any behaviour that disrupts the comfort and/or safety of others may result in refusal to offer our services or early check-out – without refund.
